Please review these instructions before completing your application:
-All sections of this application must be completed.Failure to complete the application in its entirety will void the application.
-Pictures MUST be submitted if you are a new vendor applicant or you have not participated in the Ramstein Bazaar in the past 3 years.
Once the applications have been reviewed by the selection committee, all decisions are FINAL.You will be notified by mail whether you have been selected or not.You will receive further instruction and contact information at that time.
-If you have been selected as an alternate, you will be notified if a space becomes available and will be placed in slots at the selection committees’ discretion.
-Applications received after 01 April 2010 will be considered on a space available basis.
-If you are a selected vendor for the 2010 Ramstein Bazaar, you will NOT need a police report of good conduct IF you possess one of the following: USAFE-wide, KMC-wide or Ramstein only Base Installation Pass (valid through 16 September 2010) or US Military ID Card.
-All selected vendors who do not have one of the IDs listed above will be required to obtain a police report of good conduct. DO NOT apply for your police report of good conduct until AFTER you have been accepted as a vendor for the 2010 Ramstein Bazaar.Anyone who has not completed this requirement will not be permitted access to the installation.
